Project: Midlands School

A project to install a two-storey modular building at a school in the Midlands.

ICS were successful in securing the project to carry out brick slip cladding to the ground floor and untreated Western Red Cedar with a tongue and groove profile cladding to the first floor.

Brick slip system used was Eurobrick X-Clad system and the client chose the Old Mill House brick slip which we feel does an excellent job of blending in with the different types of bricks of the surrounding buildings.

The whole project including powder coated flashings to the window and door reveals was completed in 3 weeks.
