Project: New House Build - Halesowen

ICS were contacted by one of our architects’ following discussions with their client regarding a new house build in the Midlands on a vacant piece of land between two existing properties. ICS provided budget costs to the client to allow them to make an informed decision whether to proceed.

After several emails and discussions, the client set budgets and ICS were awarded the contract.

Works commenced in early 2021 with a 14-week programme.

The build involved groundworks, brick/blockwork, new services connections, roofing, internal walls, plastering, flooring, M&E, decoration and kitchen fit-out.

Externally there was a new car port to build and driveway to lay.

During construction, consideration for the neighbouring properties on the busy residential street was a priority ensuring noise was kept to a minimum, deliveries were condensed into as few as possible and access to their properties wasn’t blocked.
