Project: Bespoke Rainscreen Cladding Design & Install To Modular Building

Industrial Contracting Services Ltd were awarded the contract to design, supply and install a Trespa Rainscreen cladding system to a modular education block in Leeds.

The modular building is a special educational needs unit and it was critical to the building users that the panels would be of a multi coloured and randomised layout.

The work which undertaken over the winter of 2019/2020 and the very wet weather posed some challenges to productivity on site but we are pleased to say that the project completed on time and  to the client’s total satisfaction. These pictures of the project near completion were taken on one of the very few dryer days.
