Project: Parish Recreation Centre

Industrial Contracting Services successfully tendered for a second storey extension to a local parish councils recreation centre.

The project comprised of a first-floor extension with a new function room, male and female showers and a referee/umpire changing area.  The main electricity supply was rerouted underground, a fire detection system was installed and the existing kitchen was refurbished and the existing ground floor was rendered.

It was the client's requirement that the centre should remain open to all users during the construction phase and Industrial Contracting Services achieved this in challenging and changing winter weather conditions. We commenced on site early winter 2017 and completed to the client’s satisfaction summer of 2018.
