Project: Locker Room Extension and new Showers

Industrial Contracting Services have recently completed a Locker Room Extension and Shower Room Fit-Out, for a growing supermarket chain, at their Distribution Centre in Leicestershire.

The project comprised of converting the existing Locker Room into a new 3 cubicle shower room, including all of the Mechanical & Electrical and drainage work involved to get the showers live. A new stud partition was constructed, in order to form a new Locker Room for staff, along with the removal and reconstruction of Armco Barrier around the Perimeter of the new stud. ICS Ltd also oversaw all Decoration work carried out, including all finishes.

The works were undertaken in a busy, live working environment, in which the clients business activities took priority. A thorough building programme and careful planning were carried out to ensure that no disruption was caused to the clients workforce at anytime.

The works were scheduled on a rigid 5 week programme, and were completed on time and to budget.
